Apple iPhone SE (2020) is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy Note 3, getting a global score of 81.5 against 81.2. The Apple iPhone SE (2020) comes with iOS 15.x OS, and Samsung Galaxy Note 3 comes with Android 5.0 OS. Apple iPhone SE (2020)'s design is incredibly newer, lighter and somewhat thinner than the Samsung Galaxy Note 3.
