Comparison review
The iPhone SE (2020) is slightly better than Galaxy S4, getting an 81.5 score against 79. Although the iPhone SE (2020) is heavier than the Galaxy S4, it's a bit thinner and also much newer. The iPhone SE (2020) comes with iOS 15.x operating system, while Galaxy S4 has Android 4.4 operating system.
IPhone SE (2020) has a greater hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S4, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processor, it also counts with a 64-bit CPU, more cores and a greater amount of RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy S4 has a much better screen than iPhone SE (2020), because it has more pixels per display inch, a little bigger display and a lot higher 1920 x 1080 resolution.
Galaxy S4 features a lot bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than iPhone SE (2020), and although they both have the same internal memory capacity, the Galaxy S4 also has a SD card slot that holds up to 64 GB. Apple iPhone SE (2020) captures much clearer photos and videos than Galaxy S4, because although it has a camera in the back with a worse 12 mega-pixels resolution, it also counts with a way better (4K) video resolution, a larger camera sensor providing a better image quality and a larger diafragm aperture to capture better low light photography and videos.
The Samsung Galaxy S4 has a really longer battery duration than iPhone SE (2020), because it has a 2600mAh battery size instead of 1821mAh.
Although Apple iPhone SE (2020) is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Galaxy S4, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy S4. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Apple iPhone SE (2020), else you can save some money and buy the Galaxy S4, resigning a couple specs and features.
