The Apple iPhone SE (2020) shoots a little bit better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy S7, because although it has a tinier back camera sensor taking less light and washed colors and a smaller diafragm aperture which is not nice for shooting images and video in low light environments, and they both have a same resolution back-facing camera and the same video quality, the Apple iPhone SE (2020) also counts with higher 60 frames per second video frame rate.

Although Apple iPhone SE (2020) is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Galaxy S7, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy S7.
