Nokia 9 PureView is just a bit better than the iPhone SE, getting a 76.4 score against 75.7. Nokia 9 PureView's design is a lot newer, but way heavier and just a bit thicker than the iPhone SE. The Nokia 9 PureView has a more powerful processing unit than iPhone SE, because it has more RAM and a higher number of cores (and also faster).
Nokia 9 PureView counts with a bit more vivid screen than iPhone SE, because it has a lot better number of pixels per inch in the display, a much better 1440 x 2880 resolution and a really larger screen. Nokia 9 PureView has a little bit better camera than iPhone SE, and although they both have a back facing camera with a 12 megapixels, the same video frame rates and the same (4K) video resolution, the Nokia 9 PureView also has a larger camera aperture and a larger camera sensor shooting higher quality pictures.
The iPhone SE and the Nokia 9 PureView have similar storage to install games and applications, both have the same internal storage capacity. Nokia 9 PureView has a very superior battery life than iPhone SE, because it has a 3320mAh battery capacity instead of 1624mAh.
Although Nokia 9 PureView is a better device, it is way more expensive than Apple iPhone SE, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Apple iPhone SE. If you are trying to save some money, you can get the Apple iPhone SE, letting go a couple features, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
