IPhone X is much better than HTC U Ultra, getting an 88.1 score against 77. IPhone X's construction is just a little bit thinner but a little bit heavier than HTC U Ultra, and both of them were released only 8 months apart. The iPhone X has a bit sharper screen than HTC U Ultra, because although it has a little lower resolution of 1125 x 2436 and a bit lower display density, it also counts with a quite larger screen.
The iPhone X has a quite superior processing power than HTC U Ultra, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, it also counts with a larger number of cores (and they are faster) and a 64-bit CPU. IPhone X features a bit better camera than HTC U Ultra, because although it has a lot tinier back camera sensor taking much worse quality pictures and videos, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, a 12 mega-pixels camera and the same aperture, the iPhone X also counts with better 60 fps video frame rate.
HTC U Ultra features a bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Apple iPhone X, because although it has just 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with an external memory slot that allows up to 1,95 TB. The HTC U Ultra counts with a bit superior battery performance than Apple iPhone X, because it has 3000mAh of battery capacity.
The iPhone X costs a lot more than the HTC U Ultra, but it's still a good choice, as you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
