Comparison review
The iPhone X has a global score of 88.1, which is a bit better than the Huawei Mate 20 Pro's 82.9 global score. Despite of the fact that iPhone X is older than the Huawei Mate 20 Pro, it's construction is a little lighter and thinner. The Apple iPhone X features a little sharper display than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, although it has a little smaller display, a bit worse pixels number in each screen inch and a much lower resolution of 1125 x 2436px.
IPhone X counts with a very superior memory capacity to install games and applications than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, because it has 256 GB internal storage capacity. The Apple iPhone X has a little better hardware performance than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, because although it has a lower number of cores and a smaller amount of RAM memory, it also counts with a 64 bits processing unit.
Huawei Mate 20 Pro features a much better camera than iPhone X, because although it has worse video frame rate, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a same size aperture, the Huawei Mate 20 Pro also counts with a way bigger sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a back-facing camera with a lot better resolution.
Huawei Mate 20 Pro has a really longer battery duration than iPhone X, because it has 4200mAh of battery capacity instead of 2716mAh.
Although Apple iPhone X is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Huawei Mate 20 Pro. If you want to save some money, you can buy the Huawei Mate 20 Pro, and give up a few features and specs, but you will get the most with your savings.
