Comparison review
Apple iPhone X has a general score of 88.1, which is slightly better than the Galaxy S6 Active's 80.9 general score. Samsung Galaxy S6 Active counts with a better screen than iPhone X, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a slightly higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 and a little bit greater pixels quantity per inch in the display.
The Apple iPhone X counts with a little faster processor than Galaxy S6 Active, although it has doesn't have a graphics processing unit and a lower number of cores (but faster), they both have the same RAM amount and a 64-bit CPU. Apple iPhone X shoots much clearer videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, because although it has a way worse 12 mega-pixels resolution camera in the back, a tinier camera sensor taking less light and dull colors and a lower (4K) video resolution, it also counts with a bigger aperture to capture better images in low light environments.
The iPhone X counts with a way bigger storage capacity to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 224 GB more internal storage. Samsung Galaxy S6 Active counts with improved battery lifetime than Apple iPhone X, because it has 3500mAh of battery capacity.
Although Apple iPhone X is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Samsung Galaxy S6 Active. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy Apple iPhone X, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, giving up some specs and features.
