IPhone XR is just a bit better than the Motorola Moto Z3 Play, with a score of 82 against 76.3. Although it's the best phone in this review, we must highlight that it's also somewhat thicker and somewhat heavier. The iPhone XR has a more powerful processing unit than Moto Z3 Play, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory and 2 lesser processing cores (although they are faster), it also counts with a 64 bits CPU.
IPhone XR has a bit more vivid screen than Motorola Moto Z3 Play, because although it has a quite worse pixels density and a lot lower resolution of 828 x 1792 pixels, it also counts with a bit bigger screen. IPhone XR has a slightly better camera than Moto Z3 Play, because although it has a smaller aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the same back-facing camera sensor size and a same resolution camera in the back, the iPhone XR also counts with faster 60 frames per second video frame rate.
Moto Z3 Play counts with a lot bigger storage for games and applications than Apple iPhone XR, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal storage, the Moto Z3 Play also has a SD memory slot that holds up to 1,95 TB. Motorola Moto Z3 Play and iPhone XR both have similar battery performance, although the Motorola Moto Z3 Play also has a 3000mAh battery capacity against 2942mAh.
The iPhone XR is a lot more expensive than Moto Z3 Play, but you can get a better phone for that extra money.
