Apple iPhone XS is just a bit better than the Apple iPhone 6 Plus, having an 84.2 score against 80.4. Although the Apple iPhone XS is noticeably newer than Apple iPhone 6 Plus, it's a little thicker and just a little bit heavier. The iPhone XS has a greater performance than iPhone 6 Plus, because although it has doesn't have a graphics co-processor, and they both have a 64-bit processor, the iPhone XS also counts with more RAM and a greater number of cores.
IPhone 6 Plus counts with a little more vivid display than iPhone XS, although it has a little bit smaller screen, much less brightness, a just a little lower pixels amount per display inch and a bit worse 1920 x 1080px resolution. The Apple iPhone XS has a superior camera than iPhone 6 Plus, because it has a larger camera aperture, a way higher video definition, a much more mega-pixels back facing camera and a larger back-facing camera sensor providing a higher image quality.
Apple iPhone 6 Plus has a superior memory capacity for games and applications than Apple iPhone XS, because it has more internal memory capacity. The iPhone 6 Plus counts with a little longer battery duration than iPhone XS, because it has a 2915mAh battery capacity.
Although iPhone XS is a better device, it costs a lot more money than iPhone 6 Plus, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the iPhone 6 Plus. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the iPhone XS, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the iPhone 6 Plus, letting go a couple specifications.
