IPhone XS has an overall score of 84.2, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy S25's global score of 82.6. Galaxy S25 counts with a little sharper screen than iPhone XS, because although it has a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 2340 and a little worse pixels density, it also counts with a much brighter display and a bit bigger display.
Galaxy S25 has a much greater memory capacity to install applications and games than Apple iPhone XS, because it has 128 GB internal storage. Galaxy S25 has a really longer battery life than iPhone XS, because it has a 50 percent larger battery size.
Although iPhone XS is a better device, it costs more than Galaxy S25, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy S25. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy iPhone XS, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the Galaxy S25, letting go a couple specifications.
