Comparison review
IPhone XS is much better than Samsung Galaxy S7 Active, getting a overall score of 84.2 against 75.8. The iPhone XS is a much newer cellphone, and it's also a little bit lighter and a lot thinner than the Samsung Galaxy S7 Active. The Samsung Galaxy S7 Active features a bit sharper display than iPhone XS, because although it has way less brightness and a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a just a little better pixel quantity in each inch in the screen and a slightly better 1440 x 2560 resolution.
The Apple iPhone XS has a more powerful CPU than Galaxy S7 Active, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM, the Apple iPhone XS also has a 64-bit processor and a larger number of cores. The Apple iPhone XS captures a bit better videos and photos than Galaxy S7 Active, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is worse for shooting images or video in low-light environments, and they both have a same resolution camera and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Apple iPhone XS also counts with higher 60 frames per second video frame rates.
The Samsung Galaxy S7 Active counts with more memory for games and applications than iPhone XS, because although it has just 32 GB internal memory, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that holds up to 200 GB. Samsung Galaxy S7 Active features a much better battery lifetime than iPhone XS, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 2659mAh.
Although iPhone XS is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Galaxy S7 Active, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Galaxy S7 Active. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can buy Galaxy S7 Active, and give up a few features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your money.
