Comparison review
Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition has a score of 87.4, which is a little bit better than LG Velvet's 87.1 overall score. Despite being the best in this comparison, we must highlight that it's also a much thicker and a lot heavier phone. Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition has a bit faster CPU than LG Velvet, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition also has more RAM.
The Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition features a little bit better display than LG Velvet, although it has a quite smaller display, a little worse pixels amount per inch of screen and a little bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2340px. The LG Velvet features a much bigger memory for apps and games than Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition, because although it has just 128 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with an external memory slot that admits up to 1,95 TB.
The Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition features a much better camera than LG Velvet, and although they both have a F1.8 aperture, the Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition also has a much better 7680x4320 video resolution, a way more MP back facing camera and a bigger back camera sensor which gives a higher photo and video quality.
The Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition has a way better battery life than LG Velvet, because it has a 6000mAh battery capacity instead of 4300mAh.
