The Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition is a bit better than Microsoft Surface Duo 2, having a overall score of 87.4 against 85.3. The Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition is an older and much thicker device than Microsoft Surface Duo 2, but Asus managed to make it lighter anyway. Both of these phones work with Android OS (operating system), but Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition has the previous 10 version and Microsoft Surface Duo 2 has Android 11.
