Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition has an overall score of 87.4, which is a little bit better than Nokia 9.3 PureView's 84.2 overall score. These phones use Android OS, but Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition has 10 version while Nokia 9.3 PureView has Android 11 version.
