Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is much better than the Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition, with a general score of 98.9 against 87.4. The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a somewhat thinner and somewhat lighter device than the Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition, although both of them were only released with a few months difference. Both of these phones use Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a newer 13 version and Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition has Android 10, giving some nice extra features and performance tweaks.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a processing unit that is very similar to Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition's processing unit, and although the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has 4 GB more RAM, they both have the same number of cores. The Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition has a bit better looking display than Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, although it has a little bit inferior number of pixels per inch of screen, a quite smaller display and a way worse 1080 x 2340 resolution.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra captures just a bit better photos and videos than Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition, because although it has worse video frame rates, and they both have a same size camera aperture and the same video quality, the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also counts with a way larger camera sensor which provides a lot higher image and video quality and a way better 108 MP resolution camera in the back.

Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition, because although it has less internal memory, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that supports up to 1000 GB. The Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition features superior battery life than Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, because it has a 33% more battery size.
