Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition has a global score of 87.4, which is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy S9's 83.3 score. Even though Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition is noticeably newer than the Samsung Galaxy S9, it's somewhat thicker and way heavier. Galaxy S9 and Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition count with quite similar displays, because although the Galaxy S9 has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1440 x 2960 and a higher count of pixels per inch in the display.
The Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition has just a little better performance than Samsung Galaxy S9, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition also has 4 GB more RAM memory. The Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition shoots a lot better videos and photos than Galaxy S9, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not good for shooting pictures and videos in low-light situations, it also counts with a much bigger back camera sensor shooting lot better quality pictures, a much better video resolution and a lot more MP camera.
