Comparison review
Asus ROG Phone 3 has an overall score of 86.3, which is just a bit better than the Xperia 1's global score of 82.6. The Asus ROG Phone 3 body is newer than Xperia 1's, although it is somewhat thicker and much heavier. The Sony Xperia 1 has just a bit better looking display than Asus ROG Phone 3, because although it has a quite smaller display and much lower brightness, it also counts with a way better count of pixels per inch of screen and a way better 1644 x 3840 resolution.
The Xperia 1 has much more memory capacity to install games and applications than Asus ROG Phone 3, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory capacity, the Xperia 1 also has an external SD slot that allows up to 512 GB. The Asus ROG Phone 3 features a bit better processing power than Xperia 1, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Asus ROG Phone 3 also has more RAM memory.
Asus ROG Phone 3 has a very superior battery lifetime than Xperia 1, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity. The Asus ROG Phone 3 captures way better pictures and videos than Sony Xperia 1, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not so good for shooting photographs or videos in low light environments, it also counts with a much higher resolution back facing camera, a lot larger back camera sensor taking way higher quality photos and videos and a much better video resolution.
