Comparison review
The Sony Xperia 1 II has a global score of 91, which is a bit better than the Asus ROG Phone 3's 86.3 overall score. Although Sony Xperia 1 II and the Asus ROG Phone 3 were only released with a couple months difference, Sony Xperia 1 II is a lot thinner and a lot lighter. The Asus ROG Phone 3 has a bit more powerful processor than Xperia 1 II, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Asus ROG Phone 3 also has a higher amount of RAM.
Xperia 1 II counts with just a bit better looking display than Asus ROG Phone 3, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a much higher screen pixels density and a much better 1644 x 3840 resolution. The Asus ROG Phone 3 has a lot better camera than Xperia 1 II, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not favorable for low-light photography and videos, and they both have a same size back camera sensor, the Asus ROG Phone 3 also counts with a camera with a much better resolution and a way better video resolution.
The Xperia 1 II has much more memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Asus ROG Phone 3, because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that supports a maximum of 1000 GB and more internal storage capacity. The Asus ROG Phone 3 counts with a much longer battery performance than Xperia 1 II, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity.
