Comparison review
Xperia PRO is slightly better than the Asus ROG Phone 3, getting a global score of 94.3 against 86.3. Xperia PRO's construction is just a bit thicker but a little lighter than Asus ROG Phone 3, and they were released only 6 months apart. The Xperia PRO has a bit more vivid display than Asus ROG Phone 3, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a much greater display density and a way higher 1644 x 3840 resolution.
The Sony Xperia PRO counts with a superior memory to install applications and games than Asus ROG Phone 3, because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that allows up to 1 TB and more internal memory. Asus ROG Phone 3 has a little faster processing unit than Xperia PRO, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Asus ROG Phone 3 also has more RAM memory.
The Asus ROG Phone 3 features a superior battery performance than Sony Xperia PRO, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4000mAh. The Asus ROG Phone 3 features a lot better camera than Xperia PRO, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not good for low-light photos and videos, and they both have a same size sensor, the Asus ROG Phone 3 also counts with a back-facing camera with way more MP and a lot higher 7680x4320 video resolution.
