The Asus ROG Phone 3 has an overall score of 86.3, which is just a bit better than Xperia Z5 Premium's 79.8 general score. Even though the Asus ROG Phone 3 is much newer than the Xperia Z5 Premium, it is noticeably heavier and way thicker. Sony Xperia Z5 Premium features a sharper display than Asus ROG Phone 3, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a way better 3840 x 2160 resolution and a lot better pixels quantity per screen inch.
The Asus ROG Phone 3 has just a bit better performance than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, and they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Asus ROG Phone 3 also counts with a higher amount of RAM. Asus ROG Phone 3 shoots a lot better photos and videos than Xperia Z5 Premium, and although they both have the same aperture, the Asus ROG Phone 3 also has a lot bigger camera sensor which offers a way higher photo and video quality, a much more mega pixels back camera and a lot higher 7680x4320 video definition.
Asus ROG Phone 3 has a quite bigger storage for applications and games than Xperia Z5 Premium, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity. The Asus ROG Phone 3 features a very superior battery duration than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, because it has a 6000mAh battery capacity.
