Comparison review
The Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate has a global score of 94, which is much better than Asus ROG Phone 7's 81.2 overall score. Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate is a a little bit lighter device than Asus ROG Phone 7, but both of them are equally thin. Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate features a much faster processing unit than Asus ROG Phone 7, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate also has more RAM.
The Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate features a better looking screen than Asus ROG Phone 7, although it has a lot worse 1080 x 2448px resolution and a just a bit less pixels per inch in the display, they both have a same size display. Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate shoots much clearer photographs and videos than Asus ROG Phone 7, because although it has a tinier back-facing camera sensor, and they both have the same 7680x4320 video definition, the Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate also counts with a lot higher resolution back-facing camera and better 30 frames per second video frame rates.
The Asus ROG Phone 7 and Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate both have very similar storage for applications and games, they have equal 512 GB internal storage capacity. The Asus ROG Phone 7 and Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate both count with quite similar battery performance.
