Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate is much better than the LG G8 ThinQ, getting a score of 94 against 84.3. The Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate body is much newer than the LG G8 ThinQ's, but it's somewhat thicker and way heavier. LG G8 ThinQ has a bit sharper display than Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate, because although it has much more opaque display and a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher pixel density and a better 1440 x 3120px resolution.
Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate has just a bit more memory to install applications and games than LG G8 ThinQ, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 384 GB more internal storage. The Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate counts with a bit faster CPU than LG G8 ThinQ, and although they both have 8 cores, the Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate takes much clearer pictures and videos than LG G8 ThinQ, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not nice for taking photographs and/or video in poorly lited environments, it also counts with a way bigger sensor, a way better 7680x4320 video definition and a camera in the back with a lot higher resolution.
Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate has a much better battery performance than LG G8 ThinQ, because it has a 71 percent larger battery size.
