Comparison review
The Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate has a score of 94, which is much better than the OnePlus 8 UW's 75.9 global score. Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate's design is newer, but incredibly heavier and notably thicker than OnePlus 8 UW. OnePlus 8 UW and Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate feature very similar displays, because although the OnePlus 8 UW has a bit smaller screen, a little bit lower 1080 x 2400 resolution and a bit opaque display, it also counts with a little bit better pixel density.
Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate has a much bigger storage to install games and applications than OnePlus 8 UW, because it has 384 GB more internal storage capacity. Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate has a little faster processor than OnePlus 8 UW, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate also has more RAM.
Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate takes just a bit better photos and videos than OnePlus 8 UW, and although they both have the same aperture, the Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate also has a camera in the back with lot more megapixels, a larger sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a much higher video quality.
The Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate counts with a superior battery lifetime than OnePlus 8 UW, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4300mAh.
