Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate has an overall score of 94, which is much better than Galaxy A8 (2018)'s 79.2 global score. Although the Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate is incredibly newer than the Galaxy A8 (2018), it is a lot heavier and somewhat thicker. The Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate counts with a little more vivid display than Galaxy A8 (2018), because although it has a just a bit worse pixel density, it also counts with a bigger display and a little higher 1080 x 2448 pixels resolution.
Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate has a very superior storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018), because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 448 GB more internal storage. Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate has just a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy A8 (2018), and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
The Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate features a much longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018), because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3000mAh. The Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate shoots greater pictures and videos than Galaxy A8 (2018), because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is worse for low-light images and video, it also counts with a lot more mega-pixels camera in the back and a much higher 7680x4320 video resolution.
