Even though the Asus ROG Phone 5s is notably newer than the Galaxy Note5, it's a lot thicker and a lot heavier. Asus ROG Phone 5s has a bit more powerful CPU than Galaxy Note5, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Asus ROG Phone 5s also has 4 GB more RAM memory.
