Comparison review
Asus ROG Phone 5s has an overall score of 84.9, which is a little bit better than Xiaomi Mi Max's general score of 77.5. Although Asus ROG Phone 5s is newer than Xiaomi Mi Max, it's notably thicker and heavier. The Asus ROG Phone 5s features a more vivid screen than Xiaomi Mi Max, because it has a just a bit more pixels per inch in the display, a bit larger display and a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2448 pixels.
Asus ROG Phone 5s has a little faster processing unit than Xiaomi Mi Max, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Asus ROG Phone 5s also has a higher amount of RAM memory. Asus ROG Phone 5s takes much clearer photographs and videos than Xiaomi Mi Max, because it has a much better video resolution, a back-facing camera with way more mega pixels and a larger aperture to take better photography and videos in low light situations.
The Xiaomi Mi Max features a lot bigger storage to install applications and games than Asus ROG Phone 5s, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Xiaomi Mi Max also has a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 256 GB. The Asus ROG Phone 5s counts with improved battery life than Xiaomi Mi Max, because it has a 6000mAh battery capacity.
