The Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate is slightly better than Asus ROG Phone 6, having a global score of 81.2 against 79.1. These phones come with Android OS, but Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate has a newer 13 version and Asus ROG Phone 6 has Android 12 version. The Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate has the same weight and thickness than the Asus ROG Phone 6.
The Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate and Asus ROG Phone 6 count with similar processors, both have a 16 GB RAM memory and a Octa-Core processor.
