Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Note8 has a global score of 83, which is slightly better than the Asus ROG Phone 6's 79.1 score. Despite of the fact that Samsung Galaxy Note8 is much older than the Asus ROG Phone 6, it's design is somewhat thinner and lighter. Both phones in this review include Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Note8 has the newer 9.0 Pie version while Asus ROG Phone 6 has Android 12 version, giving you a couple additional features and improved performance.
Asus ROG Phone 6 has a little sharper display than Galaxy Note8, because although it has a just a little less pixels per inch of screen and a way lower 1080 x 2448 resolution, it also counts with a bit larger display. Asus ROG Phone 6 has much more memory capacity to store more apps and games than Galaxy Note8, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 448 GB more internal storage.
The Samsung Galaxy Note8 has a very superior hardware performance than Asus ROG Phone 6, although it has less RAM, they both have 8 processing cores. Samsung Galaxy Note8 captures better photographs and videos than Asus ROG Phone 6, although it has a back facing camera with lot less mega-pixels. Asus ROG Phone 6 counts with a much longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy Note8, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity.
