Asus ROG Phone 6D is slightly better than Sony Xperia XZs, getting a 79.8 score against 77.2. Even though the Asus ROG Phone 6D is way newer than the Sony Xperia XZs, it is notably thicker and extremely heavier. Asus ROG Phone 6D counts with a little sharper screen than Sony Xperia XZs, because although it has a little bit worse screen density, it also counts with a slightly higher 1080 x 2448 pixels resolution and a really larger screen.
Sony Xperia XZs has a lot better performance than Asus ROG Phone 6D, although it has less CPU cores (although they are faster) and 12 GB less RAM.
