Comparison review
Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate has an overall score of 83.2, which is just a bit better than the LG Q8's 77.2 global score. Both devices we compare here use Android OS, but Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate has an older 12 version while LG Q8 has Android 7.0 Nougat. Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate's construction is incredibly newer than the LG Q8's, although it is way thicker and a lot heavier.
The LG Q8 has a much better performance than Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate, although it has a lower number of cores and lesser RAM. LG Q8 features a bit sharper display than Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate, because although it has a much smaller screen and much lower brightness, it also counts with a greater amount of pixels per inch of screen and a little higher 1440 x 2560 resolution.
The Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate counts with a much better memory for games and applications than LG Q8, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 480 GB more internal storage capacity. The Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate features a really longer battery life than LG Q8, because it has a 100 percent more battery capacity.
The Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate shoots way better photos and videos than LG Q8, because although it has a tinier aperture which is worse for capturing pictures or videos in poorly lited situations, it also counts with a much higher video definition, a much bigger back-facing camera sensor and a back camera with a way better 50 MP resolution.
