Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate has a score of 81.2, which is just a bit better than the LG Q70's 77.9 overall score. Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate's body is noticeably newer, but heavier and extremely thicker than LG Q70. These devices include Android operating system, but the Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate has a newer 13 version while LG Q70 has Android 10 version, offering some extra features and performance tweaks.
