Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate has a general score of 81.2, which is slightly better than the LG Q8's 77.2 overall score. Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate's construction is newer, but much heavier and noticeably thicker than LG Q8. Both of these phones use Android OS (operating system), but the Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate has the previous 13 version while LG Q8 has Android 7.0 Nougat.
