Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Note8 is a little bit better than Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate, getting a global score of 83 against 81.2. Both of these phones include Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Note8 has newer 9.0 Pie version and Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate has Android 13 version, so it counts with some nice extra features. Samsung Galaxy Note8 is an notably older phone than the Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate, but Samsung could make it somewhat thinner and somewhat lighter.
Galaxy Note8 features a more vivid screen than Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate, because although it has a little bit smaller display and a bit worse 1440 x 2960 resolution, it also counts with a just a bit better pixels number in each screen inch. The Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate counts with a lot bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note8, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 448 GB more internal storage capacity.
Samsung Galaxy Note8 counts with a much better performing CPU than Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate features a way better battery lifetime than Galaxy Note8, because it has a 6000mAh battery capacity instead of 3300mAh.
The Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate shoots much clearer videos and photos than Galaxy Note8, because it has a way bigger camera sensor which gives a lot higher image and video quality, a camera in the back with way more mega pixels and a much higher 7680x4320 video resolution.
