Comparison review
Asus ROG Phone 7 has an overall score of 81.2, which is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro's 75.8 overall score. Even though the Asus ROG Phone 7 is a lot newer than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, it's thicker and much heavier. Both of these phones include Android operating system, but the Asus ROG Phone 7 has an older 13 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro has Android 8.0 Oreo version.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro features a little more vivid display than Asus ROG Phone 7, although it has a little smaller display, a way worse 1080 x 2160 resolution and a little worse number of pixels per display inch. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro counts with a much faster processing unit than Asus ROG Phone 7, although it has 10 GB less RAM, they both have the same number of cores.
Asus ROG Phone 7 has a very superior storage for applications and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage. Asus ROG Phone 7 has a greater camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because it has a way better 7680x4320 video quality and a lot higher resolution back facing camera.
The Asus ROG Phone 7 counts with a way better battery performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity.
