Asus ROG Phone 8 is just a bit better than the Asus ZenFone 3 Deluxe, with a 79.5 score against 77.5. Asus ROG Phone 8's construction is noticeably newer than Asus ZenFone 3 Deluxe's, but it is incredibly heavier and thicker. The Asus ZenFone 3 Deluxe counts with a lot better hardware performance than Asus ROG Phone 8, although it has a lower number of cores (although they are faster) and a smaller amount of RAM.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 has a much sharper display than Asus ZenFone 3 Deluxe, because it has a little higher quantity of pixels per display inch, a bit higher 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution and a bigger screen. The Asus ROG Phone 8 has a way better camera than Asus ZenFone 3 Deluxe, because it has a way more mega pixels back facing camera, a much better video definition, a way larger back-facing camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a larger aperture to take better low-light photography and videos.
The Asus ZenFone 3 Deluxe features a better memory for games and applications than Asus ROG Phone 8, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Asus ZenFone 3 Deluxe also has an external memory slot that supports up to 128 GB. Asus ROG Phone 8 counts with a really longer battery duration than Asus ZenFone 3 Deluxe, because it has a 5500mAh battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.
