Comparison review
Asus ZenFone 8 is a little bit better than the Asus ROG Phone 8, having an 83 score against 79.5. Both phones in this review work with Android OS, but Asus ZenFone 8 has the previous 11 version while Asus ROG Phone 8 has Android 14. Asus ZenFone 8's design has the same thickness than Asus ROG Phone 8, but it is noticeably lighter.
Asus ROG Phone 8 has a bit sharper display than Asus ZenFone 8, because although it has a little bit less pixels per screen inch, and they both have the same resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, the Asus ROG Phone 8 also counts with way more brightness and a bigger screen. Asus ZenFone 8 features a much powerful processing unit than Asus ROG Phone 8, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 cpu cores.
The Asus ZenFone 8 counts with a slightly better camera than Asus ROG Phone 8, because although it has a smaller sensor taking less light and dull colors, and they both have the same 24 fps video frame rate and the same 7680x4320 video quality, the Asus ZenFone 8 also counts with a lot more mega pixels back camera and a bigger diafragm aperture.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 counts with a much bigger storage for applications and games than Asus ZenFone 8, because it has 256 GB internal memory. Asus ROG Phone 8 has a much better battery life than Asus ZenFone 8, because it has 5500mAh of battery capacity.
