Comparison review
The Google Pixel 3 has an overall score of 80, which is just a bit better than Asus ROG Phone 8's score of 79.5. Even though Google Pixel 3 is noticeably older than Asus ROG Phone 8, it's construction is somewhat thinner and noticeably lighter. The Google Pixel 3 features a really superior hardware performance than Asus ROG Phone 8, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 CPU cores.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 features a much better screen than Google Pixel 3, because although it has a little bit lower pixels density, it also counts with a slightly better 1080 x 2400 resolution and a larger display. Asus ROG Phone 8 counts with a superior storage to store more apps and games than Google Pixel 3, because it has 192 GB more internal storage.
Asus ROG Phone 8 shoots much better photos and videos than Google Pixel 3, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not recommended for capturing photos and/or video in poorly lited situations, it also counts with a way better video resolution, a back camera with a way better resolution and a much larger camera sensor providing a way better image quality.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 has a superior battery lifetime than Google Pixel 3, because it has a 5500mAh battery capacity against 2915mAh.
