Asus ROG Phone 8 has a global score of 79.5, which is a little bit better than the Huawei Mate 10's score of 78.9. The Asus ROG Phone 8 design is way newer, but heavier and just a bit thicker than the Huawei Mate 10. These phones come with Android operating system, but the Asus ROG Phone 8 has newer 14 version while Huawei Mate 10 has Android 10, so it provides you some additional features and better performance.
Huawei Mate 10 features a very superior performance than Asus ROG Phone 8, although it has 8 GB less RAM, they both have the same number of cores. Asus ROG Phone 8 features a little more vivid display than Huawei Mate 10, because although it has a just a little worse pixels density and a little lower resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, it also counts with much more screen brightness and a bigger screen.
