Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 20 has a general score of 79.5, which is a little bit better than the Asus ROG Phone 8's global score of 79.5. These phones include Android OS (operating system), but Huawei Mate 20 has the newer 9.0 Pie version and Asus ROG Phone 8 has Android 14 version. The Huawei Mate 20 design is lighter and a little thinner than the Asus ROG Phone 8, even though it was released 5 years before.
Huawei Mate 20 features a very superior CPU than Asus ROG Phone 8, although it has lesser RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. The Asus ROG Phone 8 has just a bit better looking screen than Huawei Mate 20, because it has a little bit higher 1080 x 2400 resolution, a just a little more pixels per inch in the display, a little bigger screen and way more brightness.
Asus ROG Phone 8 takes way better pictures and videos than Huawei Mate 20, because although it has a smaller aperture, it also counts with a lot larger sensor taking lot better quality videos and pictures, a way better 7680x4320 video definition and a back facing camera with lot more MP. The Asus ROG Phone 8 counts with much more storage for apps and games than Huawei Mate 20, because it has more internal memory.
Asus ROG Phone 8 features a much longer battery duration than Huawei Mate 20, because it has 5500mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh.
