Comparison review
The Moto G 5G has a global score of 81.5, which is slightly better than Asus ROG Phone 8's 79.5 overall score. Both of these phones have Android OS, but the Moto G 5G has 10 version while Asus ROG Phone 8 has Android 14 version. Moto G 5G is an extremely older and somewhat thicker phone than Asus ROG Phone 8, but Motorola was able to make it just a little lighter anyway.
Asus ROG Phone 8 has a more vivid display than Moto G 5G, because although it has a just a bit lower pixels density, and they both have the same exact resolution of 1080 x 2400px, the Asus ROG Phone 8 also counts with a little bit larger screen. Motorola Moto G 5G features a much faster processing unit than Asus ROG Phone 8, although it has 8 GB lesser RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit.
Asus ROG Phone 8 has a superior camera than Moto G 5G, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not nice for low-light images, it also counts with a way higher video definition and a more MP camera in the back. Asus ROG Phone 8 features a bit more memory capacity to install games and applications than Moto G 5G, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 features a bit longer battery duration than Motorola Moto G 5G, because it has a 10% greater battery capacity.
