Asus ROG Phone 8 has a much better looking display than Moto G100, because although it has a little worse 1080 x 2400 resolution and a little lower pixels density, it also counts with a little bit bigger screen.
Asus ROG Phone 8 takes clearer photographs and videos than Motorola Moto G100, because although it has a camera in the back with a much worse 50 megapixels resolution and a tinier diafragm aperture which is not nice for low light images and video, it also counts with a way bigger sensor capturing lot higher quality videos and photos and a way higher 7680x4320 video quality.
Motorola Moto G100 has a better memory to install games and applications than Asus ROG Phone 8, because although it has only 128 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD card slot that supports a maximum of 1 TB. Asus ROG Phone 8 counts with just a bit longer battery duration than Moto G100, because it has 5500mAh of battery capacity.
