Comparison review
Asus ROG Phone 8 is slightly better than the Motorola ThinkPhone, with a 79.5 score against 78.9. The Asus ROG Phone 8 construction is newer, but a bit thicker and heavier than the Motorola ThinkPhone. Both phones we compare here work with Android OS, but Asus ROG Phone 8 has the newer 14 version while Motorola ThinkPhone has Android 13 version.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 features a little more vivid screen than Motorola ThinkPhone, because although it has a little bit inferior pixel quantity per inch in the display, and they both have an equal 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution, the Asus ROG Phone 8 also counts with a quite larger display and much more brightness.
Motorola ThinkPhone and Asus ROG Phone 8 count with quite similar CPUs, although the Motorola ThinkPhone has 7 less MHz CPU cores and 4 GB lesser RAM memory. The Asus ROG Phone 8 counts with a way better camera than Motorola ThinkPhone, although it has a tinier back-facing camera sensor which provides a worse image and video quality and a tinier camera aperture which is not favorable for low light captures and videos, they both have a camera in the back with a 50 megapixels.
Motorola ThinkPhone's memory for applications, games, photos and videos is just as good as Asus ROG Phone 8's one, both have the same 256 GB internal storage capacity. The Asus ROG Phone 8 has just a bit better battery performance than Motorola ThinkPhone, because it has a 10% greater battery size.
