Asus ROG Phone 8 is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy J7 Max, getting a overall score of 79.5 against 76.1. Both of these phones come with Android OS, but Asus ROG Phone 8 has an older 14 version and Samsung Galaxy J7 Max has Android 7.0 Nougat. Even though Asus ROG Phone 8 is newer than the Samsung Galaxy J7 Max, it's a little thicker and heavier.
