Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition is just a bit better than Asus ROG Phone 8, getting a global score of 80.4 against 79.5. Although the Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition is a lot older than Asus ROG Phone 8, it's design is a lot lighter and thinner. Asus ROG Phone 8 has a much better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because although it has a bit worse quantity of pixels per inch of screen and a little worse resolution of 1080 x 2400px, it also counts with a bigger display.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 counts with a superior storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 192 GB more internal memory capacity. The Galaxy Note Fan Edition features a much powerful CPU than Asus ROG Phone 8, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 has a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not favorable for low light captures, it also counts with a lot better 7680x4320 video definition, a much larger camera sensor shooting lot higher quality photographs and a much higher 50 mega pixels resolution back-facing camera.
Asus ROG Phone 8 features a superior battery duration than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because it has a 5500mAh battery size.
