Comparison review
Galaxy S10 is better than the Asus ROG Phone 8, getting an 88.3 score against 79.5. Even though Galaxy S10 is notably older than Asus ROG Phone 8, it's construction is lighter and somewhat thinner. Both devices in this comparison review include Android operating system, but Galaxy S10 has older 11 version and Asus ROG Phone 8 has Android 14.
Asus ROG Phone 8 features a bit sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy S10, because although it has a much lower resolution of 1080 x 2400px and a much worse screen density, it also counts with a quite larger screen. The Galaxy S10 counts with an extremely better processing unit than Asus ROG Phone 8, although it has 4 GB less RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit.
Galaxy S10 features a little bit more memory capacity for apps and games than Asus ROG Phone 8, because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with an external SD slot that holds up to 512 GB. Asus ROG Phone 8 features a much better camera than Galaxy S10, because although it has a way tinier camera aperture which is not recommended for low-light photography and videos, it also counts with a way larger back camera sensor shooting much higher quality pictures, a lot better 7680x4320 video quality and a camera in the back with a much higher resolution.
Asus ROG Phone 8 has a way better battery lifetime than Galaxy S10, because it has a 5500mAh battery size against 3400mAh.
