Comparison review
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a score of 98, which is much better than Asus ROG Phone 8's global score of 79.5. These phones have Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has the previous 13 version and Asus ROG Phone 8 has Android 14 version. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G's construction has the same thickness than the Asus ROG Phone 8, but it's a little bit lighter.
Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a much powerful processing unit than Asus ROG Phone 8. Both of them have a 12 GB RAM memory and the same number of cores. The Asus ROG Phone 8 has a little bit better screen than Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, although it has a way worse resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, a just a bit worse display pixel density and a bit smaller screen.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a slightly better camera than Asus ROG Phone 8, because although it has a lot smaller camera sensor taking less light and duller colors, and they both have the same 24 fps video frame rates and the same video resolution, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also counts with a larger aperture for better low-light captures and video and a lot better resolution camera.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a quite bigger storage to store more apps and games than Asus ROG Phone 8, because although it has just 128 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with an external memory card slot that allows up to 1000 GB. The Asus ROG Phone 8 has just a little bit longer battery life than Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, because it has a 10% larger battery size.
