The Galaxy XCover FieldPro has an overall score of 80.1, which is slightly better than Asus ROG Phone 8's 79.5 general score. Both of these phones have Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy XCover FieldPro has newer 8.0 Oreo version and Asus ROG Phone 8 has Android 14 version, offering some additional features and enhanced performance. Even being the best phone in our current comparison, the Galaxy XCover FieldPro is an a lot older, heavier and way thicker phone than the Asus ROG Phone 8.

Galaxy XCover FieldPro counts with a lot better performance than Asus ROG Phone 8, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores. The Asus ROG Phone 8 counts with a little bit better looking display than Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because although it has a little worse resolution of 1080 x 2400px and much less pixels per inch in the display, it also counts with a much bigger screen.

The Asus ROG Phone 8 counts with a quite bigger memory capacity for applications and games than Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory capacity. Asus ROG Phone 8 has a greater camera than Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because although it has a lot tinier aperture, it also counts with a much bigger sensor providing a way higher image quality, a way better video resolution and a camera in the back with a way better 50 MP resolution.

Asus ROG Phone 8 features longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because it has a 22% larger battery size.
