Comparison review
Xperia 10 III is a bit better than Asus ROG Phone 8, getting a overall score of 83.7 against 79.5. Xperia 10 III is an extremely older cellphone than the Asus ROG Phone 8, but Sony was able to build it way lighter and a little thinner anyway. Both phones in our current comparison include Android operating system, but the Xperia 10 III has the older 11 version and Asus ROG Phone 8 has Android 14 version.
Xperia 10 III counts with a much better processing power than Asus ROG Phone 8, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores. Asus ROG Phone 8 has a better looking display than Xperia 10 III, because although it has a bit worse pixel density and a little worse resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, it also counts with a quite bigger screen.
The Sony Xperia 10 III counts with a quite bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Asus ROG Phone 8, because although it has just 128 GB internal storage, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that holds up to 1 TB. Asus ROG Phone 8 has a lot better camera than Sony Xperia 10 III, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not recommended for low light images, it also counts with a way higher 7680x4320 video resolution, a much bigger back-facing camera sensor which offers a way higher image and video quality and a camera in the back with a much better resolution.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 features greater battery performance than Sony Xperia 10 III, because it has a 22 percent more battery capacity.
