Comparison review
The Asus ROG Phone 8 is a bit better than the TCL 20 Pro 5G, having a 79.5 score against 76.1. These phones come with Android OS (operating system), but Asus ROG Phone 8 has newer 14 version and TCL 20 Pro 5G has Android 11 version, so it provides the user lots of additional features. The Asus ROG Phone 8 body is way newer and a little thinner, but heavier than TCL 20 Pro 5G.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 features a better display than TCL 20 Pro 5G, because although it has a just a bit worse pixel density, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1080 x 2400px, the Asus ROG Phone 8 also counts with a little bigger display. The TCL 20 Pro 5G has an extremely better processing unit than Asus ROG Phone 8, although it has 6 GB less RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU.
The TCL 20 Pro 5G counts with a lot bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Asus ROG Phone 8, and although they both have the same 256 GB internal memory capacity, the TCL 20 Pro 5G also has a SD extension slot that admits up to 1 TB. Asus ROG Phone 8 counts with improved battery life than TCL 20 Pro 5G, because it has a 5500mAh battery capacity against 4500mAh.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 captures clearer photos and videos than TCL 20 Pro 5G, because although it has a smaller aperture which is worse for low light photos and video, it also counts with a much higher 7680x4320 video definition, a lot bigger sensor which offers a lot higher photo and video quality and a more MP back facing camera.
