Comparison review
Xiaomi 12 Pro is a bit better than Asus ROG Phone 8, getting a general score of 79.6 against 79.5. The Xiaomi 12 Pro construction is a bit thinner and a bit lighter than the Asus ROG Phone 8, although it was released many years before. These phones use Android OS (operating system), but Xiaomi 12 Pro has an older 12 version and Asus ROG Phone 8 has Android 14.
Asus ROG Phone 8 and Xiaomi 12 Pro both count with quite similar CPUs, and although the Xiaomi 12 Pro has 4 GB lesser RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. Asus ROG Phone 8 has a bit sharper display than Xiaomi 12 Pro, because although it has a much lower screen pixel density and a way lower 1080 x 2400 resolution, it also counts with way more brightness and a bit larger display.
